Our Golf Strengthening Program is designed for Golfers at all levels of play
Specifically, our efforts improve Golfers’:
Endurance
You’ll be able to complete an entire round of golf without becoming fatigued following 14, 15 or 16 holes.
Core Strength
You’ll be able to strike the golf ball with considerably more power (However! The direction of your ball is still between you and your Golf Pro!)
Flexibility
You’ll have greater ranges of motion for your golf swing.
We offer two levels of service:
‘The Duffer’ - This level is required for all first time participants. It may be all you’ll need. This session instructs the Golfer on warm-up stretches and strengthening exercise for the core muscles and shoulder regions. The Duffer also includes spinal and extremity analysis and necessary chiropractic correction. Soft-tissue work on the upper extremity may also be included, as needed. Sessions are completed either as a Single or in Groups (up to Foursomes). You may desire to receive this service only once, or once every few months as a tune up. 25 – 30 minutes per session.
‘Advanced Biomechanics'; - This advanced service includes a review of all elements taught in ‘The Duffer’ and specific biomechanical evaluation of the Golfer’s knees, hips, and torso rotation. Targeted stretches are instructed with complementary exercises to assist in greater use of core muscles and torso when striking the ball during your golf swing. Sessions are completed as either a Single or a Twosome. Similar to ‘The Duffer’, you may want to receive this service only once, or once every few months as a tune up. 30 - 40 minutes per session.
